How It Works

Fill out the short application below. Each application is reviewed, and submitting an application doesn't guarantee a spot on the team. We'd love to accept everyone, but spots are limited. Our team will reach out to confirm whether you've been accepted or placed on the waitlist.

Assignments are based on need and ability, and we can't guarantee any particular role or position. Every role matters, even the less glamorous ones. Applicants who can help both days (and Friday setup) get preference.

You must be 18 or older to apply.

Outside food and drinks aren't allowed at the venue. Break times will be shared with accepted team members. Anything beyond your meal voucher is on your own.

Vouchers, coins and passes are handed out at check-in, carry your name, and are good only for the team member they're issued to. They can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash. Meal vouchers are good only on the day they're issued. Photo ops are scheduled through Official Pix, and guest options are chosen by the show and may change.

Accepted team members will sign a short team release form at check-in.
