• WALL SPACES MEASURE 10’x10’, ALL OTHER SPACES MEASURE 8’x10’

• TABLES MUST BE COVERED - BRING YOUR TABLE CLOTHS FOR AN 8’ TABLE

• ​VENDOR SETUP: FRIDAY FROM 9:30AM-7:30PM, SATURDAY 7AM-8AM (BAY DOORS CLOSED AT 8AM)
  RESTOCKING SUN APRIL 18TH 8AM-9AM (BAY DOORS CLOSED AT 9AM)

• Orange spaces: 10’x10’. Each comes with one 8’ table. NOTE: Spaces 13-18 cannot exceed a height of 6 feet.

• Red, Blue and Green spaces: 8’x10’. Each comes with one 8’ table.

• Your remaining balance after deposit is due no later than March 15, 2027. Late fees of $50 per space rented will be applied to outstanding balances not paid by midnight CST on 3/15/2027.

INCLUDES:

• Your booth space with one 8’ table

• Two vendor badges per registered booth, up to 4 badges per registered vendor regardless of booth size

• Extra badges are $25 each and are only needed for adults 18 and older

• We need the name of every booth participant 18 or older for each badge, including extra badges

• Head-of-the-line privileges in celebrity lines. Celebrity handlers will ask to see your badge.

• Complimentary water and coffee for vendors on setup day

• 25% off Retro Expo T-shirts at the on-site Retro Expo Store when you show your badge. A vendor-exclusive shirt may be offered at a set price, and the discount doesn't apply to it.

• Vendor parking on the east side of the building. You may drop trailers and park vehicles at the back of the east lot.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The venue does not allow outside food or beverages, so please plan accordingly.

• No camping allowed on site.

• Booth Vendors are solely responsible for complying with any applicable tax laws and permit requirements. Heritage Event Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any vendor's tax obligations.

CANCELLATIONS:

No refunds will be issued. All sales are final. Cancellations submitted in writing to heritageeventco@gmail.com by March 15, 2027 will receive a one-time rollover credit toward the same event the following year. Rollover credit is forfeited if it isn't used at that event. If booth prices increase, the vendor pays the difference.
