WHAT IS A GHOST BOOTH?

A Ghost Booth holder is a registered vendor at Retro Expo, just without a physical booth space. You get vendor-level access to the show floor during all vendor hours, including setup, load-in and early Saturday morning before doors open. As a "ghost," you will not be listed as a vendor on our website.

INCLUDES:

• Access to the event floor during the same hours as Booth Vendors, for the entire event, including all vendor setup hours

• Two vendor badges, which must be worn at all times

• Parking in vendor parking

• Come-and-go access with your credentials. Ghost Booth vendors are not required to stay on site all weekend.

GHOST BOOTH RULES:

• You may keep items in your vehicle to sell or trade with Booth Vendors only.

• You may bring items inside within reason, as long as your merchandise does not impede any show operation or any Booth Vendor's space. If you're unsure, please ask HEC staff at the check-in station.

• No sales or trades with attendees, and no offers to sell to them.

• No selling from your vehicle during event hours, and no displays set up anywhere in the venue or on the grounds.

• You must check in on arrival, just like Booth Vendors.

• You follow the same terms, conditions and rules as Booth Vendors.

• Celebrity line priority is not included for Ghost Booth vendors as it is for Booth Vendors. You can add it at checkout for an additional $50.

• Ghost Booth vendors do not receive any complimentary promotional items normally given to Booth Vendors, or re-registration discounts offered to repeat vendors. Nothing not specifically stated here is included.

• Extra badges are not available.

• Ghost Booth reservations are NON-TRANSFERABLE. The registrant assumes liability for both badge holders in their reservation.

• Ghost Booth vendors are solely responsible for complying with any applicable tax laws and permit requirements. Heritage Event Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any vendor's tax obligations.

• We reserve the right to remove any Ghost Booth registrant(s), including their accompanying additional Ghost Booth badge holder, who doesn't follow these guidelines, or for any conduct we consider misconduct, at our sole discretion. No refund will be given.

• The registrant assumes responsibility for their additional badge holder and agrees that this person will comply with all rules set forth in this product description.

• Ghost Booth vendors and their additional badge holder (if not a minor) must each present one form of photo ID at check-in.

CANCELLATIONS:

No refunds will be issued. All sales are final. Cancellations submitted in writing to heritageeventco@gmail.com by March 15, 2027 will receive a one-time rollover credit toward the same event the following year. Rollover credit is forfeited if it isn’t used at that event. If prices increase, the vendor pays the difference.
